At Tenwood Lodge, we specialize in hosting multi-generational groups in our secluded valley surrounded by agriculture and wildlife. The entire property consists of six rooms appointed for use by families. There are 4 bedrooms in the main Tenwood Lodge with an additional 2 bedrooms in the attached Bunkhouse wing, plus multiple sitting areas for large and smaller subgroups both inside and out. Vacation Rental guests who rent the 6 Bedroom Tenwood Lodge do their own cooking or may bring in catering or a private chef. All guests have access to the property's common areas, lawn, and decks.
Over the past few years, we've hosted several board meetings of non-profit organizations who have gotten great work done together and experienced the 'aahhh' of our country location to focus on each other as well as their tasks at hand. Group retreats for different purposes and groups have also enjoyed being here.
When not booked by groups we occasionally offer Bed and Breakfast by the room or suite. Room and suite guests enjoy a complimentary homemade breakfast each morning including our Tenwood Lodge coffee and meal choices that can usually be crafted to special food needs/preferences.
Note that Tenwood Lodge is intentionally remote and offers the chance to unplug as much as you like. While we do have excellent WiFi and cell service, we do NOT have cable TV service, nor are there TV's i any of the bedrooms. However, Vacation Rental guests can enjoy the use of our DVD player and the Roku TV in the great room when you stay with us.
